I had noodley soup without the soup - it has been a very busy day for me also and so I just cooked noodles and added just a few frozen veggies and a tiny amount of soy curls, threw some budder and soy sauce on them along with sriracha and a drizzle of tahini and down the hatch...

It's 35°C and this heat is killing me. I waited until 2pm to have something to eat.

A couple of mini cucumbers, 1/2 an avocado, 2 slices of smoked tofu with evo and a sprinkle of smoked Cornish sea salt.

A mini pear and some apbricots
