Finally got the vegan food truck! Squash the Beef.
Mushroom and carmelized onion burger with maple 'bac'n'. Burgers was excellent! Also got wings and Mac & cheese. too much buffalo sauce on the wings, but they were seitan and really good. Wish I'd have said no sauce. Even had a 'bone', I think it was sugar cane? I actually liked that!
