Whatcha Eatin?

I love using a can of soup for building a heartier meal. For me it's Amy's quinoa red lentil kale soup. I usually add more lentils/quinoa and last time I added soy curls. I add crumbled tofu sometimes too.

yes and instead of soy curls, yesterday, I shared a huge can of kidney beans with my honey and added those - so good

today... hmmm cereal or rolled oats... that is always the dilemma - I prefer the oatmeal however the cereal is so easy although I do load it up with most of the same items as the oatmeal, the oatmeal is just so much healthier - cereal it will be...
