Whatcha Eatin?

Leftover creamy mash with a few slices of smoked tofu. It's difficult to eat as half of my lower lip is still swollen. I had some
dental work done on Thursday and my gums are still sore.

A few radishes (free from Lidl's).

Strawberries plus a few drops of sweetener.
 
Thursday I had cereal, yesterday I had to go out so just toast/peanut butter/1/2 banana and a small snack of corn chips mid afternoon.

Today is back to regularly scheduled programming of steel cut oats/split red lentils, berries etc etc etc

I cooked some tempeh and onions and had a sandwich with my mayo, tomato and black salt.
This time I covered the tempeh in water and microwaved for 3 minutes, then rinsed, then covered in water with some sage, liquid smoke, a spoon of brown sugar and garlic powder and heated again for a minute before slicing and sauteing.
