Whatcha Eatin?

I love ginger & chocolate too. Good combo!

For breakfast I'm having oats, flaxseed, chia seeds & cacao soaked in oat milk & then raspberries, walnuts and a brazil nut on top. Little bit of sweet freedom fruit syrup.

With a cup of tea & oat milk.

I'm leading the high life as I have so many vegetables from my veg box.

A tossed salad; lamb's lettuce, chicory, rocket, sliced mushrooms with Dijon vinaigrette/yeast flakes topped with a slice
of leek & tofu bake.
