not sure what we are having - likely noodley soup because.... vegetables - with lots of junky kinda foods left for the weekend it likely behooves us to have lots of veggies today
Well i made my youngest son a vegan cheese sourdough toastie and he's kind of eaten bits of it, so I'm having the rest with some olives and I guess that's lunch sorted
I've just made some chickpea tuna mayo with added chopped red onion and sweetcorn - very excited to make a sourdough toastie with it for lunch in a min I will add a sprinkle of cheese which will melt in the airfryer when toasting.
