A sandwich made with ww multigrain baguette, Dijon mustard, Flora, air fried seitan nuggets and slaw.
A pot of Whittards Earl Grey tea with a dash of oat milk.
An orange.

I usually buy the salt & pepper crackers at either Tesco's or Lidl's and perhaps Aldi. They're fabulous with cheeze or as a snack.
