just finished a simple fruit bowl I made! it included apples, honeydew, strawberries, and blueberries I fear we're getting to the point where finding fruit in-season is becoming harder, nevertheless, I will continue to make my fruit bowls! even if it means dealing with some harder melons and less flavorful fruit in general...

A salad; peeled diced cucumbers & tomatoes, avocado, green lentils, slice lentil/oat loaf, vinaigrette and yeast flakes.

A reheated lentil/oat pasty.

Soya yogurt with mango puree plus sweetener.

going to keep it simple this lunch as I am hoping to have Udon noodles for dinner so noodley soup for lunch would be overkill - likely a wrap with a banana and PB&J

A slice of ww granary artisan toast with Flora and Applewood.
