Whatcha Eatin?

Yes!
My first miso I really never used and when I finally got around to it it was quite old, open but sealed in fridge. It was just fine

(to the tune of "You've Made Me So Very Happy", by Blood, Sweat, and Tears):

I found miso... in the fri-idge.... It's old but I'll.... eat it any-y wa-a-aaayyyy....

tough decision today as my week is out of sync - today should be oatmeal, however, that turned out to be yesterday, and if I eat my noodley soup today then I would have oatmeal Friday and Saturday - first world issues, geesh - maybe I will just have a pita with banana and peanut butter and jam and all will be solved

Dinner was soy curls and quinoa with green beans. Then I had two peanut butter stuffed dates but this time I left out the covered in chocolate part. They were still really good. I didn’t even miss the chocolate. I have some cashew butter. I think I will make a couple with that next time.

Dipping the cut date in cocoa powder then PB is easier than melting chocolate

I just made no bake cookies. In fridge but I'm scraping the pan!

Interesting idea but I might miss the sugar (in melted chocolate) with plain cocoa lol. What I need to do is make a big batch instead of two at a time. But honestly I didn't miss the chocolate. It's definitely a pain having to melt chocolate for two dates. I will try the cocoa though. I want to see if I like it.

I just had a great idea...I have cooking class today and I always like to bring a dessert. I can make a bunch of stuffed dates and bring those!

The workman turned up early so I missed breakfast so I had a big lunch. Wholemeal penne with peppers, courgette and aubergine in Italian sauce. A banana and a nectarine.

Dude, I have been just RIPPING into some freshly grown cucumbers, that's Mother Nature's good stuff! AHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Win for us vegans!?
If you like gardening... I've also found them to be relatively easy to grow. They can have problems though; I think this is more likely if you grow them in the same place year after year.

That sounds like a lunch worth waiting for!
yesterday I had my noodley soup and it made me go into a food coma so today I will have my rolled up pita/banana/peanut butter/jam as it is grocery shopping day so no food comas allowed

I would have thought you'd be immune to a noodley-soup-induced food coma, but that soup always sounds good enough to overdose on! (I STILL haven't gotten around to making it- even though I kept/bookmarked the recipe when you posted it).
