Whatcha Eatin?

I've tried marmite and did like a thin smear. Today I thought, why not miso?
I had toast with vegan butter and miso, and a sprinkle of nooch. Why isn't this a thing? I've never heard of of using miso like that, but I will do it again
I need to put my bagged miso in a glass jar
I might have to try the miso on the toast, too. That sounds good.
I'm not eating anything at the moment, but I'm going to have some lunch soon. I had toast with PB and banana this morning.

Pureed mushroom soup with a sprinkle of orange/cracked pepper, yeast flakes plus evo.

A white cabbage slaw with sliced avocado and smoked tofu, creamy dressing, pumpkin seeds and yeast flakes.

A small banana and a yellow nectarine.
 
yesterday I had Aylmer's vegetable soup to which I added more baby alphabet pasta, partial can of black beans, kale and a handful of frozen veggies

today will be Saturday's steel cut oats/split red lentils, berries, banana, toast with peanut butter
