Whatcha Eatin?

it's brunch time - leftover smeat from taco friday mixed into a can of breakfast beans, on toast (yes, I went grocery shopping) and a side of banana/orange slices - I do have 3 hash brown patties left however I think it will be too much so I will save them for another day

Did you like them. I remember having them for Christmas dinner when I was in California. I bought them from WF's.
Honestly, I didn't expect to because I was always a fan of ricotta stuffed ravioli ...and I did find the original soy boy ravioli to be good. While I like butternut squash in general, I wasn't sold on it in ravioli. But I was pleasantly surprised with these. I'm sure the creamy sauce contributed to it tastiness too, with the nutritional yeast and Violife parmesan giving it a cheesy flavor.

I have never had shop made ravioli in the US and didn't know what to expect. I also made a sauce and did find the filling to be bland. My cousin didn't like them and perhaps it's not surprising as she didn't like pasta.

I really like Violife Prosciano cheeze. It does have that tangy flavour.

A Gardein turk'y patty sandwich on toasted homemade bread with pesto, red onions, lettuce and a little vegan mayo; some sliced cucumber and a cranberry juice spritzer with orange sparkling water.
