Rediscovered a contemporary folk band from Swindon where I grew up. I was in a band called Green and we once played in a mini festival alongside these and other bands back in the 1980's.

I didn't know that! Over the years I've learned that a number of songs (which I thought were written by the artist whose version I first heard) were written by someone else.

@alleycat I didn't know what "electrical banana" meant in "Mellow Yellow", either. But I did hear/read someplace that Paul McCartney says the "Quite rightly!" in each refrain. I hadn't known that ether- but now I realize it does sound like him.

@Brian W I like "The Planets". I've heard different opinions as to whether or not Holst believed in astrology, though... I wonder what "Pluto" would have sounded like if it had been discovered in his time?
