I finished book one of an interesting YA romantasy series called "Legendborn" by Tracy Deonn. This is a new take on Arthurian Legend and it is pretty wild and takes place in the present. I have always liked the King Arthur stories and didn't even realize this series was about that until I got into it. It is about a young Black teenager who gets early admission to North Carolina University where she discovers a secret Order that is fighting evil. Of course there is a handsome young man for her to interact with but the romance parts are pretty tame since it is not an adult book. I really liked it and have reserved the next books in the trilogy.

I just finished "Nash Falls" by David Baldacci. It's a really good thriller about an ordinary man who is a financial executive at a billion dollar finance company. He has the perfect life; beautiful wife, teen daughter, wealth and prestige. Then he is contacted by the FBI who want him to spy on his company that they are investigating for numerous crimes. So he begins a harrowing journey into a world of fraud and murder. It is a page turner and ends on a cliff hanger. Book two was just released and I am 120 on the list at the library!
