I like variety, but haven’t ever tried a cheese board… I do occasionally have individually wrapped slices or Camembert in a tomato n cheese sanga, just a craving from long ago…I love a cheeze board.
Right now I'm really missing a proper Greggs vegan sausage roll. They don't exist where I am. Also could murder a bowl of Swedish Glace vanilla ice cream.

One of my favorite cookie bars from Vegan Cookies Invade your cookie jar....or something like that....Isa M....are pecan Carmel bars on like a shortbread base. I bought brown rice syrup just for them---but I think it could be something else, like maple syrup or even corn syrupI love pecan pie. I haven't had it in probably 15 years or so. I used to make a vegan version but it was never that good so I haven't bothered anymore.
