I'm meant to be going out four times over the next few days and I'm trying two vegan roasts, hopefully.

Yes, I figured that, me too and if I’m going to do it, it’s Kangaroo mince with the additions I mentioned… there’s a small town called Maleny, where they even have croc mince pies, ugh… I’d pull the pin on that oneI mean a mincemeat pie.![]()
If I had to choose between one or the other, I would've picked croc. That would be biting them back!Yes, I figured that, me too and if I’m going to do it, it’s Kangaroo mince with the additions I mentioned… there’s a small town called Maleny, where they even have croc mince pies, ugh… I’d pull the pin on that one![]()

I vaguely remember ‘real’ ice cream, before they synthesised it, but I’d really like to know what they do to make ‘vegan’ ice cream!!! After all, isn’t synthesised ice cream also vegan???
I think they began fake ice cream in the late 70’s… but really, do we think cream in a can is really actual ‘cream’… particularly when it’s spray???Something like tiramiso, or a trifle
I've really only had a couple vegan ice cremes I've liked. The last one was oatmilk and terribly clay like from a local place. Others were either cloyingly sweet, like Breyers, or just not flavors I've liked, like Ben & Jerrys
I forgot there were synthesized dairy ice cream
I'm not sure what you mean. Non dairy ice cream is made the same way dairy ice cream is made, only using non dairy milks like oat, soy, almond, cashew, etc.I vaguely remember ‘real’ ice cream, before they synthesised it, but I’d really like to know what they do to make ‘vegan’ ice cream!!! I was thinking they meant like the synthesized milk proteins, like in this since discontinued brand-I'm not sure what you mean. Non dairy ice cream is made the same way dairy ice cream is made, only using non dairy milks like oat, soy, almond, cashew, etc.
Sounds like you're referring to 'artificial' dairy, like the non dairy creamers--which contain real dairy, just more processed. Or like the spray can 'cheeze whiz', again contain dairyI think they began fake ice cream in the late 70’s… but really, do we think cream in a can is really actual ‘cream’… particularly when it’s spray???
Back in the day, ice cream began to taste much less creamy and the general consensus was that it was no longer dairy… guess I’ll do a little researchI'm not sure what you mean.
