We took a trip to London today, and my lunch was sorta lame so I was checking out what was available at the Whistle Stop (the one right by the platforms). Mostly I was just hoping for some fruit and maybe a samosa, but they had loads of vegan stuff, at least a dozen options of pasta/bean/rice salad sorta things, 2 or 3 wraps, some spring rolls and of course, salad. I got this lentil dish that was fab...Freya was eating it with me and squealing for more.

Anyway, if you're headed that way, it made for a nice cheap and yummy meal.

Last time I was at London Bridge station I was surprised by how much vegan stuff was in M&S.

We rely on M&S for travel--esp as i can't eat wheat (so a vegan sandwich is out of the question) but they have these little pots of grains and beans and veg that are usually 2 for £3 (or 2for £4 in London)

I love M&S for vegan things. They have a vegan wrap, a load of salads, fruit, and even some of their cakes (iced buns and things) are vegan. All awesome for when I'm jumping on a train.
