Too much fat?

I realised that my diet is 60% carbs, 30% fats, 10% proteins.
Don't use any oils.
It all came from natural peanut butters, almonds, chia (I eat like 4 tablespoons) and flax seeds (about 2 tb).
Is that a problem.

I want to put on some weight and keep healthy.
 
Nuts can help put on weight. Or try larger portions and more snacking. You could also try muscle building exercise if you want.

I can't remember the exact details but I think I read several guides about protein reccomended amount and it was in the arnage of 10%-30%. Yours might be on the low end.

If you haven't already done so, consider doing some googling research about whether that's true and what the reccomenda about is.

60/30/10 seems reasonable, however.
 
pumpkin seeds are awesome too! I'm getting some in bulk this week since it's on sale finally.
