There is a thunderstorm now with some much needed rain. Things will cool off a bit.
It seems dry now, but it is supposed to rain later on. I should be home by then. It feels much cooler and it feels nice in comparison.

Same old thing today, lots of heat and a chance of storms. Heat indexes continue to be in the 100's.
I'm a little bit annoyed about the possibility of this super El Niño...it says the northeast will be milder and drier this winter.

We had a veritable monsoon so I ended up with water in the garage. Of course I panicked because I didn't want it to breach our lower level. Thankfully the rain stopped just in time so it's just the garage that got wet.
We had the storms yesterday-all day.
Today was very nice here. Low 70's F, breezy and just sunny enough. All week should be in the 70's

we had a tornado warning on Wednesday and thankfully it nor the awful storm hit us although the storms did hit Toronto and caused a great deal of damage and flooding - very thankful
