I work out regularly as well, but I hadn't done much of that after being sick with the flu earlier this month, so I definitely took my time with this storm. I make sure I don't exert myself much at all. I go slowly and stop so as not to breathe heavily at all. I don't care how long it takes me. I did the same for my mom on Monday.We got a lot of snow here, too. I did some shoveling yesterday, and there was more to do today. But at least it was a fluffy, light snowfall. I get regular exercise year-round, and was able to handle it. I always hope that people ease into it, taking their time and frequent breaks if they need it.

Right? It's annoying. Don't hype it if it doesn't have a realistic chance of happening.They are trying to scare us with another "storm" for this weekend but I feel like this one is just being hyped up because there's a good chance it's going to go out to sea.
