Nice to hear that, for sure the benefit of sewing your own stuff is that you can get creative with the fabric instead of being confined to conventions. Considering that this situation isn't gonna end any time soon you might as well look into getting a sewing machine as it'll open up a ton of fun

I did this twice when I was living at my sister in law’s and it was torture. But I didn’t want to risk the laundromat when covid first started. And heck yes, as someone who is spoiled and has always had a washer/dryer, I couldn’t believe how expensive the laundromat was!

I'll be darned! I bought NAC after some research, thinking why not try things that wouldn't hurt? I do have asthma and allergies and it's also touted to help those. @Val also takes it.You may have noticed a headline on CNN today talking about the all the other symptoms that are manifesting other than just respiratory ones.
I have been following MedCram on Youtube and it is so fascinating. He has basically concluded (so far) as they did in the article on CNN that it is actually a blood vessel (thrombosis) disease and so it attacks all areas of the body including the lungs. The doctor does go into detailed chemistry and biology details and for anyone who likes detail I encourage you to watch. So because it is an "over clotting" problem he is saying that NAC n-acetyl cysteine (which you can buy as a supplement) may be helpful if you get Covid. I am going to see if I can find some next time I am out, otherwise I will get it online from a high quality producer.

That's right, i'm trying to treat COPD with turmeric&pepper cocktail only, when the symptoms are mild,- but when it gets worse, i take acethylcysteine and even pills with anaesthetic. Pretty helpful against nasty COPD symptoms. I do hope though, that i won't have to use ACC against anything else.
What got you to find out? Homocysteine levels or other?
Good luck now! I used to see sewing machines for so cheap, I looked on fb marketplace and the prices have soared- and few. I bet if you wait they'll be around the Goodwill and garage sales!
My sister was having some blood issues and was going for infusions. She tested positive for hyperhomosystenemia and was told it was hereditary. So my doctor tested me. My grandmother had a stroke at 42 and died from complications, my mom had a stroke in her late 40’s (recovered) and my sister had a blood clot in her leg a few years ago.
