Vegan Sticky Spicy Pecan nuts

200 g pecan nuts
2 tbs vegan margerine
3 tbs sugar
2 tsp smoked paprika
Maldon sea salt

Melt the vegan margerine in a frying pan and add the sugar, nuts and smoked
paprika. Stir until the sugar melts and loses it's grainy appearance.
Pour the nuts onto a silicone baking sheet or parchement papr to cool.
Sprinkle with a little sea salt.
These nuts are perfect for a nibble with a festive cocktail.
