We love Dr Greger!

Honestly, he is my more admired of all the plant based physicians, mostly because he looks at food based on their nutrition and doesn't talk of them as 'super foods'. Just real food that everyone has access to, prepared in the easiest ways. What's hardest about the DD isn't access or affordability, it's changing our tastes and our mindset towards what we will eat.
Look up How Not to Diet-this isn't a weight lose guide, but all about humans relationship with foods, our history, our physiology, gut biome.....what I thought would be too "science-y" and dry he makes fascinating!
I also recommend all his books on audio, he's a natural narrator and very engaging
How Not to Age is also good, but for me, it's too personal

. I'm 60ish and know very well what I should be doing--and not doing
I have followed the DD very closely for some time some time back and can testify how great I felt. There is such addiction with foods, I now use the DD more as a guide.
