Recently ordered the book How not to Die by Dr Michael Greger and started it this morning. I'm so excited to read it! I have been using Daily Dozen app and now will read more about the reasons behind it. Anyone else here who's read it?
It is a great book and has been out since 2015. He has many newer ones that are great also. Maybe you left off the T? How Not to Age is his latest, I believe.
Dr Greger is a treasure!
HNTD is the foundation, next is HNTDiet, which delved into human physiology on so many levels. Don't make the mistake thinking it's for weight loss!
Greger is also really good to listen to on audiobooks
