Please sign and share this petition to try to persuade Devon County Council to do more to help the homeless. Please spare a thought for the poor homeless and needy people of this world this winter. Please donate to foodbanks (human food, dog food and treats and toiletries, please only give them what they accept and take note of what they say they need. It is often written on the foodbanks), donate to charities that help the homeless and the needy and gofundmes, smile
at them and be friendly and kind whilst still being safe and volunteer for the homeless and the needy if you can. If safe, you could even carry dog treats and ask nicely if you can pet their dogs and ask nicely if they can have treats (always ask nicely first, for safety, for the dogsā sake and out of politeness).
