There’s something so magical about festivals in the UK. The excitement as you search for outfits on Vinted and plan for rain, sun and everything in between.

The race to set up your tent in a good spot (and wondering whether 2pm is too early for a G&T).

And then the event itself – exploring, shopping, dancing, making new friends and of course, eating the most delicious street food.

But for those of us who don’t eat meat and dairy, or anyone wanting to cut down on animal foods, is there enough to keep you satiated for four whole days of partying?

We visited Camp Bestival – dubbed a ‘festi-holiday’ near the sea in sunny Dorset and host to big name acts like Fat boy, Slim, Bastille and Self Esteem – to find out what’s on offer.

More like he's jumping off the trend of veganism to catch the new hotness of back to the land and rugged individualism.
Deer and stream fishing are far more picturesque than catching rats in urban neighborhoods, or Asian carp in dirty lakes 🙄
We don't need anyone with money to make a case of wearing old leather products, we need them to make purchases according to their wealth. I'm so sick of those with means to think it's fine to be cheap.

Where are getting this data? I haven't had meat since 2009, but have bitten into it without knowing, like the wrong order, or when TJ"s screwed up their samples and I thought it was rancid cauliflower and loudly spit it out. Bile comes up my throat and it taste disgusting. I think it would be like quitting smoking, I suppose if I really wanted to I would eventually readjust, but why?
I wish I could say that about cheese, but the reality is there are good vegan cheeses, they're just hard to keep track of and double the price (and shouldn't be). If these influencers have a sh!t they would do more to make them accessible

Where was his sense of sustainability and concern for controlling invasive species when he was featuring all his bougie vegan gastronomes? Alexis Nicole could sure school him on foraging invasive plants
