Omega 3 supplements

I hate it when someone posts a new thread on a subject that already has several threads on the same subject. but i just figured out that it might be because new comments in old threads quickly get burried.

So my old bottle of Omega 3 supplements is almost empty. So its time to get a new one. I just want some input from the community.

BTW, several of you guys have already responded to at least one of my threads. And I thank you for your input. It was very good. I'm just want to be sure I'm not missing something.

You do realize what you have now isn't DHA nor EPA?
My main reason to supplement is that not everyone (certainly seems myself...) don't make the conversion from the ratio of EFA's to make the usable form of DHA. Esp. true as we age.
