So, I just decided to become vegan 2 days ago and I am so excited for this journey. I can't even think about eating meat or dairy products, but I'm afraid that I don't know enough to quit cold turkey. I've looked up a lot the past few days and so far am having a lot of fun making vegan food. What I'm worried about is that my body doesn't seem to like it right now. I'm very gassy, and my stomach has been feeling a bit off since I've started this. I'm trying to balance between protein, fiber, fruits, and carbs but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. Is my stomach feeling this way because it's never gone without dairy or meat, or am I doing something incorrectly to hurt my body? I have a lot of energy, I haven't felt tired at all during the day and my mind is clear for the first time. Everything loves vegan so far but my poor tummy.

It could be too much fiber at once. It could be gassy foods like beans, cabbage, wheat bran, etc,
Probiotics might help or digestive enzymes even peppermint tea .
