This is SO dumb. On the plus side it's a lot of free advertising for Meatless Monday, and it makes the cattle lobbyists look ridiculous.

Im considering getting the Meatless Monday cookbook but one thing that bothers me about it is that it has MEATLESS written all over the cover. Perhaps I could rip the cover off and replace it with a piece of cardboard.
