Vegan Little Chocolate Pots

100 g plain chocolate
250 ml non dairy cream
1 knob non dairy spread
vanilla extract
Maldon sea salt (optional)

Melt the pieces of chocolate in a bowl places above a saucepan of hot water until
melted. Add the vegan spread and vanilla extract. Gently whisk the cream into the
mixture until it cools down and thickens.
Put the mixture into 4 tiny porcelaine pots (or teacups) and chill for a few hours in the fridge.
Sprinkle a little Maldon sea salt before serving.
