Vegan Holiday "hammy" glaze.

I always those glazed spiral sliced hams at holiday time. This recipe is inspired by Caribbean Vegans seitan recipe- which I get right as seitan, but the flavor was perfect!
I marinated extra firm tofu cubes in this, and sauteed till golden brown in a little oil, with red peppers, pineapple and onions over rice.
Next I'm trying thin slices of tempeh.

1/2 cup pineapple juice (I used from can) or OJ would be good!
1 T. liquid smoke
1 T. Braggs 0r soy sauce
2 T. maple syrup (or agave, or brown sugar)
1/2 teasp. ground cloves. (or less to taste)
2 T. ketchup

I let the tofu marinade, then drained the marinade and added 1T. cornstarch to 1/2 water for a glaze after it was sauteed.
