thank you @Raven - I have a Gardein Turkey rolls pack with gravy and going to roast some beets, parsnips, squash, sweet potato, onion, regular potato, rutabaga - I always used to make stuffing/dressing however it just fills us up so I am going to skip that as there is a bit inside the turkey rolls - I have some apples that I will core and put in the oven with rolled oats and brown sugar, for dessert
