I heard about this on the radio this morning. Parfait, a seeing-eye dog, wasn't trained to respond to medical emergencies, but she did. Her owner, Rachel Slater (66) was having a potentially-fatal heart event, and somehow Parfait sensed trouble.

And apparently, the heroic pup is making top headlines everywhere now.... Good boy! 
Well, don't read the comments on that one.
There are some nice people who try to convince us (with less than sterling spelling, of course) that the dog mainly did this because labrador retrievers are trained hunting dogs, and just wanted to bring the prey to his master to devour.
