Deep frying books-Advise ?

Hello !

I'm looking for a book about deep frying technique, does anyone knows any good one ?
I'd like to see original batters, glutenfree options, techniques mixing plant based ingredients and high temperatures...

I would not recommend you eat deep fried books :)

On the topic of deep frying, be aware that if you deep fry food with high protein, fats, or sugars, you risk the Maillard reaction, which causes formation of AGEs, which cause inflammation. This applies to animal food such as chicken, pork, beef etc but it also applies to plant proteins as well such as tofu. So be careful about deep frying. Instead it is better to steam food or cook at low temperatures (under 150 degrees Celsius).
 
Air frying, baking, and even frying are much better options health-wise.
Oil is something to use sparingly.
