500 g cranberries
juice of 2 winter oranges
1/4 tsp orange zest
120 g brown sugar ( or sweetener e.g. stevia, spenda)
Place all of the ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to the boil.
Simmer under a low heat for approx 15 mins.
Leave to cool and serve in a bowl at room temperature.
