Best Basic Seitan Recipe?

Hit me with it! I know I've made it before, but I lost the recipe in my cross-country move.

(Just not The Post Punk Kitchen's - I keep making it and it sucks every time. Bland and finicky process.)
 
As the thread titles are slightly different, we can keep this thread. There may be different responses than in the previous thread.:)
 
it the past it's been: make dough> boil for 40minutes> cut up and fry with a bit of marmite> stick in a sandwich

haven't made it for a while.

Hey guys, thanks!!

I just had a really bad reaction to seitan and think I might be gluten intolerant (I HOPE NOT I DON'T WANT THIS), so I think my question might be moot for now. :-/
I'm going to try again and make it in a few weeks, but ugh.

I must try and make another batch this week end. I think that I'll make Rose Eliot's recipe as it is low carb.:)
