I have just read about this and it takes me right back to my childhood:
Peanut butter & banana on toast
307 calories

2 slices granary bread

1 small banana

½ tsp cinnamon

1Tbsp crunchy peanut butter


Toast bread and slice banana.

Layer banana on one slice of toast and dust with cinnamon.

Spread the second slice with peanut butter, then sandwich the two together and eat straight away.

2 slices of whole grain toast with a whole ripe pitted sliced avocado spread on, with a sprinkle of salt and a generous pile of nutritional yeast. I've also eaten it with Vegenaise and tomato slices added on, or a sprinkling of crushed red pepper, but it's good with just the basics.
