Black is my all time favorite. I can do matcha but only occasionally. Herbal teas are good but require the addition of too much sugar/sweetener for me to enjoy it so I stay away for the most part.
And then there’s the tannin issue with tea and iron absorption which isn’t an issue for everyone.
