Whatcha Eatin?

A roasted stuffed sugar pie pumpkin. I simply made the stuffing with the leftover rich lentil stew, added some whole wheat bread crumbs, ground hazelnuts and various spices and herbes. I basted it with more red wine whilst it was roasting.

I had a gorgeous bowl of soup at Iydea. Butternut squash, sage and vegan feta with whole meal bread and butter.

I bought a fruit pot from M&S and a vegan croissant and a lentil sausage roll at a shop at Brighton station.

Breakfast was prunes with coconut yogurt, lunch was home made whole meal bread. just bread nothing else at all. Dinner will be home made pizza.
