My first thought would be a sauce for pasta or potatoes. You might be able to use it instead of yoghurt in curries as well. Mixed with a little plant-based cream, it might make a nice dessert topping.

I would probably make a mushroom pasta.

Crème fraiche goes well with potato pancakes, a topping for a baked potato, with stuffed tortillas wraps, chocolate pudding/cake,risotto, puréed vegetables etc.
