Watcha Drinkin?

A smoothie made with frozen raspberries, a banana, vegan yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup and a dash of lemon juice. I really like the texture the yogurt gave the smoothie. I was never a huge dairy yogurt in my pre-veg days, but I think I will incorporate more of it in smoothies, sauces and maybe some desserts with fruit and granola/nuts, etc.

last night I saw a YT video pop up about putting clove in coffee - I didn't watch it, instead I googled the idea and found it is quite popular and actually very good for you - so this morning I added a tiny pinch to our coffee which we make in a French press - it is delicious and I think we will do it regularly now
