This is exactly what's going on with the pigs at my university. It's considered ecologically sound to feed the pigs left over food from the cafeteria and use their manure in the garden. But then eventually they're planned to be slaughtered, and it's supposed to be a lesson in "sustainable meat" (sometimes I feel like we are in the 90s here, sustainable but stuck in outdated ideas about grassfed etc).

That's crappy that Antioch wouldn't sell him the lambs.
