Vegan poem

[Vegantallica]

I close my eyes at night
And see an awful sight
Animals that are not free
So terrible to see

l want to let them go
How I wish it was so
They'll be no more pain
So much to gain

It makes me so sad
On the verge of mad
Please follow my lead
Until they're all freed

I wish for the day
All peace I can say
But I wake from dream
With a terrible scream

Is there a word to describe the opposite of a nightmare, i.e. being scared by what you experience when you're awake rather than in your dreams? Daymare?

I never knew it but there is daymares. I looked it up it's a real word. When you are awake but feel or see things in your head that frighten you. I guess I have daymares now too about my animal friends that suffer so much.
