The Weather.

I'm weird. I don't have air conditioning- I don't have any animals and don't have to worry about anybody overheating. I've heard or read that sometimes heat-related or dehydration problems can sneak up on you in this weather, but I really don't think I have to worry. All I know is that the places in my area where normal people hang out have air conditioning... and I'm COLD... except when I'm outside, or in my own place.

I don't like sitting in air conditioning for any length of time. I get cold easily. I do need it in the car though but I always turn the temp up and keep the fan low. At home, I'm fine with the ac set to 78-80. I don't want have to wear long sleeves or a sweatshirt in the summer.

Cooler for us too but very overcast. I think the rain is done which is good, because I wasn't able to walk this morning. Hope to get one in after lunch.

Woke up to 62 degrees F outside, 74 inside and I'm cold! Weird how I need long sleeves and socks lol.

It is a bit cooler this morning and temps are forecast to be in the normal low 90's. Still have those pesky heat indexes around 100 though.

This is what I just said online today. It feels very chilly to me. I have a blanket on my lap. It must just be in comparison to the heat we have had here.

It has started to rain. There is supposed to be a storm in the UK today, but it won't be where I live.

The skies are full of smoke from the Canadian wildfires. I really don't like the look of the sky when the smoke rolls in. It's eerie. The temps aren't bad, though, and the humidity has been tolerable the past few days.

My daughter is in Montreal right now. I asked about the smoke and she didn't seem to notice anything. I thought that was odd since it's evident here.
