I'm frustrated because I don't have any free money to spend but I am really really happy that ICA in Gothenburg are now selling vegan semlor. Now I can join more fully in Swedish celebrations again!

It's a huge cardamom flavoured bun, stuffed with marzipan and filled with cream and you eat it with a spoon. Really indulgent and Swedes eat it when English people eat pancakes.

I Love marzipan ! Not sure if I really know what cardamom tastes like!

It's impossible to describe the taste really. It's very unusual.
