Question about international vegan exchange

Hi - I am in a group that is going to swap 8 vegan products with someone in a different country. Sounds fun! My person is originally from Greece and now in the UK. How do I know what he has available or not? Are there any US products you wish you had? What about me - what in the UK is great but not available in the US? Obviously, perishables like cheese are probably not on the list! Thanks for the input. I am brand new here, so if this is not appropriate or in the wrong place, please let me know!

That sounds like a fun idea! I would submit a list of things you enjoy eating and maybe they can find a foreign version of it? That's a great way to try new foods as well!
