Hi All
I am 40 years old omnivore, living in EU.
I am a food technologist by training and I am interested in vegan recipes since more than 20 years to say the least. In my family I grew up with a real mediterrenean diet, therefore meat was always a "luxus" for once a week, and I always sticked to this habit.
I eat also "new" vegan food but I am mainly interested in "traditional" vegan recipes, such as pulses (no soy based), vegetables in combination with pasto or rice etc.
I hope to have a nice exchange of opinions and recipes here
