I've been vegan for a yr now & I'm still learning which leads me to this question... Is it ok to buy cruelty free shoes (espadrilles) from a designer that uses leather in his products?

Hi Miligo.
I buy vegan shoes and purses from companies that also make dead cow products. I figure that as they make more profit on the vegan lines, they will sell less leather. Same with grocery stores: I walk by the gross meat and dead fish to buy vegan foods. ETA vegan about a decade.
