Hi everyone, I'm Liz been watching documentaries and videos on veganism lately and am trying to eat less animal products.

Currently finding it really hard to decide what to eat and hoping these forums can help me with that.

Transitioning is different for everyone. Some switch overnight. Others take time.
I find this thread and this link particularly inspiring. All ethical issues aside.

You'll find plenty other interesting threads on the forum as well Such as this one. Most of us started asking questions as omnivores at some stage in our lives, and we don't forget that here on the VeganForum. The Vegan Society website is also a great resource.

Perhaps you could browse some vegan recipes online? See this thread for recipe links.
