Is white monster vegan?

I just looked for a definitive answer, but it seems there isn't one. Most reputable vegan sites seem to give Monster energy drinks the O.K for vegan, but not all of them, and there's some controversy it would appear. There's a lot of information. You can read for yourself HERE.

It's good enough for PETA. The fact is they are not certified vegan. Whether it's good enough for you, that's going to be your decision.

"Is the white Monster vegan?"—this was the hardest question for me when going vegan. Some call it an addiction; I call it dedication. To this day, I still haven’t touched the white one because I couldn’t find any confirmation online about it being vegan. Instead, I drink the "Fiesta" and "Pipeline Punch" flavors.

Because it's not mandatory and some manufacturers don't want to pay the certification.
