I alway's had this . . . 1cup of Alpen unsweetened muesli cereal 12g protein, tablespoon of chopped walnuts, cashews, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, ground chia and flax seed, 4 dates and 2 prunes. sometimes a heaping tablespoon of protein powder and if I have any a splosh of sesame oil. Heat a mug of milk very hot in the microwave and let it all soak about 20 mins.
